About the Role

The Senior Immersion Specialist is responsible for leading daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, supporting team members, and maintaining smooth attraction performance throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Lead daily floor operations and guest flow
Welcome and assist guests throughout their visit
Train and mentor Immersion Specialists
Ensure attractions are operating safely and efficiently
Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
Coordinate bookings, group events, and special experiences
Monitor cleanliness and presentation standards
Escalate technical or operational issues when required
Support opening and closing procedures
Help improve guest experience and operational processes

Requirements

2+ years of customer service, hospitality, entertainment, or leadership experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with technology and gaming equipment
Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
Evening and weekend availability
