These Terms govern your use of the Elyonexus website (elyonexus.com) and your participation in any experiences, bookings, events, or programs offered by Elyonexus.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, booking any experience, or visiting our venue, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment must be completed at time of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept major credit and debit cards online, and cash in person at the venue. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclusive of applicable taxes. A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email/contact upon successful payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary: cancellations 24+ hours before your slot receive your full booking value as Elyonexus credit (a gift card valid for 1 year from the date of issue); cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows are not eligible; no cash refunds are issued for guest-initiated cancellations.

Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your session. Sessions run for their scheduled 60-minute window, so arriving late shortens your session. If you do not arrive during your booked window, it is treated as a no-show and is not eligible for credit or a refund.

Group Size & Capacity

Online bookings are available for groups of up to 12 persons. Groups of 13 or more must use the Private Booking process. We reserve the right to limit or adjust group allocations to ensure safety and experience quality.

Health & Safety

Guests are responsible for reviewing and complying with our Safety Rules prior to participation. Guests with relevant health conditions (epilepsy, heart conditions, pregnancy, etc.) should consult their physician. Elyonexus reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest who appears unfit or poses a safety risk.

Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and equipment. Elyonexus reserves the right to remove any guest who engages in abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour, without refund.

Liability

Elyonexus takes all reasonable steps to ensure guest safety. However, participation involves physical activity and inherent risk. By booking and participating, guests acknowledge and accept this risk. Elyonexus is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage.

Intellectual Property

All content on elyonexus.com — including text, images, video, branding, and game content — is the property of Elyonexus or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Privacy

We collect and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

Changes to Terms

Elyonexus reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
