Not at all! Our experiences are designed for everyone, from first-timers to VR enthusiasts. Every session begins with a brief orientation where our team walks you through the equipment and controls. Most guests are comfortable within the first minute.

Packages start from $39 per person. Individual experiences range from $15 to $25. We also offer group packages, corporate rates, and seasonal promotions. Check our pricing page for the latest offers.

We are open daily from 10:00 AM, with sessions running until 10:15 PM — the last session starts at 9:15 PM. We're open weekends and most holidays; hours may vary on statutory holidays, so check our website or social media for holiday schedules.

Safety is our top priority. All VR headsets and equipment are sanitized between sessions. Our arena features padded walls and soft flooring. Trained staff monitor every session in real time. Emergency stops are accessible at all times, and all equipment undergoes daily safety checks.

Absolutely. Private events start at $1,499 for weekday bookings and include exclusive use of the venue, a dedicated event coordinator, and customizable packages for up to 40 guests. Contact our events team to discuss corporate outings, birthday parties, team building, and special occasions.

Cancel 24 or more hours before your slot and we'll issue your full booking value as Elyonexus credit — a gift card valid for 1 year from the date of issue that works on any future visit. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your session, and no-shows, are not eligible for credit or a refund. We don't issue cash refunds for guest-initiated cancellations. You can also reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session, subject to availability. If Elyonexus cancels your session or an attraction is unavailable, you'll receive a full refund or a free reschedule.

All experiences require a minimum age of 6 years. Guests under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who remains on-site for the duration of the visit. There is no maximum age — VR is for everyone.

Yes! Digital gift cards are available in preset amounts ($25, $50, $100, $250) or custom values. Gift cards are delivered instantly via email and are valid for 1 year from the date of issue — redeem the balance anytime within that year.

We are located at Unit 11, 10940 119 Street NW, Edmonton, AB. Free on-site parking is available for all guests directly in front of the venue.

Our online booking system supports groups of up to 12 people. For larger groups of up to 40 people, or for private events and corporate outings, please contact our events team directly.

Yes, all participants must complete a digital waiver before their session. You can fill it out online in advance or on-site using our tablets. For minors under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver.
