Safety Rules & Guidelines

The safety and wellbeing of every guest is our top priority. Please read these guidelines carefully before your visit. By booking and participating, you agree to comply with all safety rules.

General Safety

• Follow all instructions from Elyonexus staff at all times
• Remain within designated play areas during your session
• Report any technical issues or concerns to staff immediately
• Do not operate or adjust equipment without staff guidance
• Be aware of other players in your session area

Health Advisories

The following individuals should consult their physician before participating:

• Guests with epilepsy or photosensitive conditions
• Guests with heart conditions or hypertension
• Pregnant guests
• Guests who experience motion sickness
• Guests with recent injuries affecting mobility

Age Requirements

Minimum age per experience to be confirmed with our operations team. As a guideline, VR Arena and Rides are suitable for ages 7+ with parental consent; some intense or horror content may be 13+. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who must be present in the venue.

What to Wear

• Comfortable, flexible clothing that allows free movement
• Closed-toe shoes (no sandals or open footwear)
• Tie back long hair before using headsets
• Remove accessories and jewellery that may catch on equipment

Equipment & Hygiene

• All headsets and equipment are cleaned and disinfected between every session
• Do not share headsets between guests without staff-supervised cleaning
• Report any cleanliness concerns to staff immediately

Code of Conduct

• Treat other guests and staff with respect at all times
• No aggressive behaviour, excessive noise, or intimidation
• No alcohol or substances that impair coordination

Elyonexus reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation for any guest who poses a safety risk, without refund.
