About the Role

As an Immersion Specialist, you will be the face of Elyonexus. You'll guide guests through their VR journey, operate attractions, and ensure every visit is safe, smooth, and memorable.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide attraction briefings
Assist guests with VR equipment and gameplay
Operate rides and VR attractions safely
Monitor guest safety and experience quality
Answer questions and provide recommendations
Support birthday parties, group bookings, and events
Maintain cleanliness of attractions and guest areas
Report technical issues and operational concerns
Assist with check-in and booking processes
Help create a fun and engaging environment

Requirements

Passion for gaming, technology, or entertainment
Excellent customer service skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable standing and moving throughout shifts
